Breast Reduction: Case 9
Description
Young patient with large dense breasts wanted to have smaller proportionate breasts. She suffered from the classical back and shoulder pain associated with large breasts. You can see how large the areola was on each breast. During the reduction, I also reduce the size of the areola to look more proportionate with a smaller breast. Otherwise, half of the reduced breast would be the areola.
