Description

Very motivadted patient to lose weight and exercise; however the breasts and the belly caused a lot of problems such as pain, sweat and maceration by being in the way. We reduced the breasts and did a tummy tuck at the same time. She continued exercising and lost quite a bit of weight after surgery. Her posture has improved and self confidence increased tremendously. She is not bothered with the scars under the breast. It is a trade off between a bit of scar and a great breast shape.
