Description
Young patient with gigantomastia. As you can see, nipples are below the umbilicus. She had severe back and shoulder pain. Because of the length of the breasts, we had to do nipple grafting, which means removing the nipples then re-attaching them to their new position. They will lose sensation but will be her own nipples. Otherwise it would have been impossible to reduce the breasts without removing the blood supply to the nipples. The nipples took as grafts.
