Description

Small breasts with loose skin after one pregnancy. She wants to be as big and full as she can be and still be proportionate. Implants are chosen based on the width of the chest. Check out the set of intra operative pictures for this patient. The skin is tight initially but relaxes with time. Since surgery patient had a second child and the breasts did not sag. She is 4 years out and the breasts have maintained their shape quite well.
