Breast Augmentation: Case 12
Description
This patient has had two pregnancies and would like to have her breasts fuller but not too much. She likes a natural look without the roundness on top. She seems to have enough breast tissue but when I ask her to lift her arms up, the chest skin unfolds and you can see that she does not have much of breast fullness. Breast augmentation with implant will fill out the extra skin and will restore the shape she once had. By doing so, we will have the illusion of a breast lift as well. At three months even with the arms up, scar are not noticeable. That is why I like to put them under the breast.
