Description

This patient haas lost over 50 lbs after lap band procedure and has had several children. She presents with numerous stretch marks over the breasts, arms and abdomen. Her breasts are small and atrophied. She could get a lift, but she did not like the idea to have scars over the breasts. She just wants to be a cup size fuller knowing that she may need a lift down the road. Because of the degree of her skin laxity, we had a large volume to fill, so we chose high profile saline implants. Scars are minimal after just 5 months.
