Breast Augmentation: Case 14
Description
This is a 31 year old patient who wears a 34 padded B cup bra and still does not fill it out. She would like to have breast augmentation and likes the fullness on top of the breasts. One thing that during the consultation I notice is what kind of bra the patient is wearing. It gives me an idea of what shape breasts they really like. Sometimes there is confusion about cup size and it is hard to communicate a breast shape with cup size. If a patient comes in with a padded push up bra, it tells me they will like the roundness effect of push up bra. So we chose high profile implants that will give the roundness.
