Description

After on epregnancy and 80 lbs weigth loss after lap Band surgery, this patient is left with upper and lower abdomen excess skin and fat. She has multiple scars from her lap Band procedure. Her belly button is deep behind the upper abdominal bulge. The lower abdominal bulge is hanging over her pubic area and is giving her rash and discomfort. The fold created by it, is where we will hide the scar. On the post operative view you can appreciate the amount of skin pulled down by comparing the position of the Lap Band scar to the belly button.
