Abdominoplasty: Case 7
Description
This patient has loose skin and good muscle tone. However, there is a thick fat layer under the skin. We decided to do a liposuction first then a tummy tuck, knowing that there will be worsening of the skin laxity in the interim. We did the tummy tuck a few month later with a much thinner skin. The result is much better than if we had not done the liposuction. Abdomen is much better sculpted.
