Description
This young patient had triplets and developed numerous stretch marks and abdominal wall laxity. Presence of stretch marks indicates that the skin tone is poor and the elasticity is lost. Although the tummy tuck will leave a long scar in the lower abdomen, this patient prefered having a scar that is well hidden than a large and loose abdomen.
