Description
Upper eyelids can become droopy at a very young age. Forehead laxity causing eyebrows to become lower, contribute to a much heavier upper eyelid. Upper eyelid is over the lashes. Sometimes, like in this patient, combining upper eyelid surgery and eyebrow lift makes the result much more harmonious and natural looking. Just removing excess upper eyelid would have not given the same result.
