Description

Droopy upper eyelids contribute to dynamic forehed lines. Patient raises eyeborws in order to help lifting upper eyelids and see better. Gradually transverse forehead wrinkles get deeper and deeper. Once upper blepharoplasty and correction of hte droppiness is done, there is no need to raise the eyebrows; therefore, forehead muscles relax, eyebrows come down and forehead wrinkles improve. In a thin patient will little cheek fat, fat grafting helps improve the overall lower eyelid support and youthful aspect.
