Rhinoplasty: Case 2
Description
This patient has an asymmetric nose with a large hump. It is best seen on right and left oblique views. We chose a closed approach to work on her nose, that means going through the nostrils without any skin incision. Only the hump was removed and the nose a bit narrowed. No tip work was done. The result is a straight natural looking nose.
