Description
This patient had scars from a congenital malformation involving the lower lip. She had undergone multiple surgeries and we continued lower lip reconstruction with a combination of surgery, fat grafting in the chin area and lower lip implant. Implant lip augmentation is permanent. It moves with lip and keeps it shape.
