Gynecomastia (male large breasts): Case 2
Description
This is a typical adult gynecomastia with larger breast tissue. This is an athletic man with large pectoralis muscles and normal weight. The enlarged breast gland is best shown when contracting the pectoralis muscles by putting both hands together and pressing hard. You can notice the shape of the breasts in lateral view. Nipples point down before surgery. We used ultrasonic liposuction to remove fat, break up the breast gland and tighten the skin.
