Description
Young patient with hereditary loose upper eyelid skin, has also bialteral droopy eyeborws. Correcting the upper eyelids without lifting the eyebrows will bring the eye brows and eyelashes too close together and make the eyes unattractive in a female patient. Aesthetically, the tail of the eye brows in women should be at a centimeter above the bony rim. This is what we have created in this patient to give her a natural and attractive look. Hairline incision is about 4 cm and almost invisible at 4 months.
